This is the 1978 Guitar Player Books edition of The best of John Fahey songbook featuring guitar tunings, lots of interesting photos, drawings and lore, and some of John's writing, always an interesting read. There is music and guitar tabs for some of Joh's finest work, including "The Last Steam Engine Train", "Poor Boy a Long Ways From Home", "Spanish Two Step", and many others. There is even a discography of John's favorite music. I would rate the condition of this book as excellent to near mint: tight binding, no notations, no missing or dog-eared pages. There is very minor shelf wear to the cover; sorry about the poor photo; what you are seeing is flash reflections. A great copy of a hard to find book.
