The record is in it's original packaging and sealed.
There is a notch that has been carefully carved out of the lower front lower left of the sleeve, (no where near the vinyl), which is a mystery to me. Please see pic for clarity.
There are also two areas on the front of the album where the plastic has opened up a bit which you can also see in the pictures.
