The Blossoms - Things Are Changing.  Public Service Announcement is a 7" 33 1/3 vinyl record.   Both sides contain the same complete song about equal opportunity. This came out around 1964.   This also has the Phil Spector sound.  This is a somewhat rare item.   Cover, while a bit worn is in good shape.  There is a edge tear on the flip side of the cover.   Vinyl is also VG+.     Shipping available worldwide.  Insurance is optional.  Shipping discounts apply to multiple items shipped together.
