Description
"The Rock 'n Roll Olapa" by The Bonaires was released in 1958 by CAM Records (BR-100-8). On side A, group leader Tom Powers describes how to dance to the song, while the full song is found on side B. The gatefold sleeve contains 8 pages in the middle with dance steps and photos of a couple doing the Rock 'n Roll Olapa, which is a Hawaiian "hula with a rock and roll beat," as the liner notes describe it.
The vinyl is VG. It has few visible scratches but plays with background noise, noticeable more on the instruction side, more subdued when the full band kicks in. The sleeve is VG+ with rubbing to the front, lighter rubbing to the back.
