Thank you for your interest and viewing my auction.

Over the years, for any of you who might own this recording as a bootleg? this official release should absolutely attract your interest.

Because: all the official releases (Classic Records) of this box set not only include recordings from the eight electric rock songs from all previous bootlegs, but also the recordings has been expanded (as I stated ? from any bootleg) to the seven solo acoustic performances that comprised the first half of the show.

Please note:

This auction is for the 1998 official box set released on 180g vinyl.

This is not the 2006 official box set released on 140g vinyl.

This is not the 2006 official box set released on 200g vinyl.

Factory shrink-wrapped, Limited Edition 2LP boxed set on 180gm vinyl.
transferred from the half-inch analog mix-down masters, and cut on Classic's "all tube" cutting system by Bernie Grundman.

Each vinyl LP is issued in an individual jacket.

Each vinyl LP has the same Columbia Records reproduction labels ('360 Sound' Stereo two-eye design) as the original mid-1960s Columbia Records design.
The box contains a 12" square 56-page booklet with several exclusive photos and an excellent essay by Tony Glover (American blues musician and music critic).

Information (at the lower left on the back of the box) is in very tiny print and falsely has "1985" as the original release date.

 

There is an oval 3" length x 2" height gold-foil hype sticker on the box front (obverse), lower right, affixed to the factory shrink-wrap. The print reads: CLASSIC RECORDS   50th Anniversary LP Series   Deluxe booklet with exclusive photos   Individual LP jackets

 

There is a rectangular 1.5" length x 0.5" height silver sticker on the box back (reverse), lower right, affixed to the box under the factory shrink-wrap. The print reads: Classic Records Limited Edition   [with a four-digit number]. That number is from a limited edition of 1000 available (at the time) only through the bobdylan website. The 180g vinyl box has been out of print for 20+ years.

 

I am the original owner of this factory-sealed double LP box set. I purchased it new  in 1998.
It has been in storage, since that time, in a non-smoking environment and safely inside a closet that receives no direct sunlight.It has no damage to the factory-sealed cover (M-) and to the double-LP box cover (M): No bent areas, no bug infestation, no cuts, no creases, no dings, not faded, no holes, no marks, no seam-splits, no stains, no writing.

The photos were taken with my "ancient" digital camera with maximum 3-pixel power. This camera also causes a parabolic (curved) effect on objects that are straight. I guarantee there is no curvature/warping of any area.Photos 1-2 allows you to see the condition of the factory-seal and the double-LP box cover (front and back). Photo 3 allows you read the very tiny print on the backside of the factory-sealed box. Photo 4 allows you to see the Limited Edition sticker. Photos 5-8 allows you to see the condition of the factory-seal/double-LP box sides (all four), starting with the spine and viewing in a counter-clockwise viewing. The shiny areas you see are reflections because I shot this item at an angle so that I would not be in the photos as a reflection.

The factory-sealed double-LP box will be mailed USPS Media Mail with correct insurance and electronic tracking. No signature confirmation will be needed.
The factory-sealed double-LP box will be protected with bubble wrap for added protection inside a larger cardboard box.

Additional postage (if necessary) will be paid by you (the Buyer) if mailed to Alaska or Hawaii.
