Description

This is a mega rare PROMO copy of The Buddy Holly Story. Coral Records original (1959) with blue promo label (catalog labels were maroon) that is printed with "Sample Copy - Not For Sale". The record is an amazing NEAR MINT! The paste over on the jacket has a 2" tear near bottom (see photo) and some tape residue near top seam. Back side has a small 1" sticker stating receiving date and has a rubber stamp that says "This record is for_______ with W.E.R.E. hand written in.This was a radio station in Cleveland, Ohio in the early days of rock n' roll that still exists to this day! Don't miss this amazing opportunity. This promo record books for $600 in NM condition. NO RESERVE!!!!!
