Description

A bit of a classic hanging in plain sight>>?
An original 1st press on UK CBS from '69. Matrix A1/B1. The vinyl is good pressing weight - spot on for '69. It comes housed in an original cover with generic white inner. Spin it - love it!
Vinyl (Ex/Vg+) In really nice condition having seen only light use. Under close inspection I could only make out a few very inconsequential marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback with a couple of deviations. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. A couple of minor ticks in one spot per side e.g. 'Tulsa' and one soitary click in 'Gunga'. All I could make out re background - a few brief crackles in 'Baby Blue' & 'Someone'. Nothing upfront - they just won't play quite as clean as elsewhere on the Lp. Highly recommended.
Cover (Vg+) In pretty decent condition without excessive wear. Nice clean and flat front. White sector in the rear is relatively unaged and just a bit creeping at the edges. Slight edge wear in places - nothing worrisome. Text on spine is 90% legible...but bit of wear at the edge. The cover retains excellent rigidity. 
Inner (Ex-) Sweet as. No splits.
