Description

An original 1st press on UK CBS label in Mono from '69. Matrix A1/B1. The vinyl comes housed in an original gatefold cover printed by West Bros. The vinyl comes housed in an original 'patents applied for'. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex-) In lovely condition and has clearly only seen light use. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of light marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. Precious little to take issue with. Lovely audio dished out track after track. Precious little background at all. Quality dished out with a nice clean background.
Cover (Ex-) Difficult to find in top level condition, but this example is looking pretty spritely. Nice clean and unmarked front with merely a couple of thumbnails. The rear is looking better than most other examples - just a touch of very slight handling. Very little edge wear and the openings are still sharpish. The spine is 100% intact with light ageing. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
