Description

First pressing of the Byrds' landmark country rock album "Sweetheart of the Rodeo", featuring Gram Parsons on guitar and some vocals. Vinyl is in Very Good condition- there is a bit of surface noise throughout, especially in the first track on each side, but there are no skips, and the record plays through just fine. The cover has some wear, especially on the back, and there is a crease in the bottom left corner, but there are no splits. See photo for more details.

This record comes from the collection of Sandy Gibson, musicologist, and former Director of Publicity at Atlantic/Asylum/Swan Song Records and one half of the Musiographi online team.

Musiographi/y is the geography of music and is registered at the Library of Congress.
