Description
This is a copy of the LP Younger Than Yesterday by The Byrds, stereo UK issue from 1967 on CBS 62988 (cover) CBS S BPG 62988 (CL 2642) labels.
The stamped matrices are SBPG 62988 A2 and SBPG 62988 B1
The vinyl is in Excellent condition with no scuffs, scratches or other blemishes. The labels are clean with no writing, stickers, stains or scuffs. There is one very faint spindle line on the Side 2 label.
The front-laminated cover is in Excellent condition. There are no tears, scuffs, shelf wear, stickers, stains, ring wear, tape, splits or writing. The spine is perfectly readable and the cardboard feels crisp and fresh.
The generic, white paper inner sleeve has a few faint handling creases.

Hi, just a comment about the dates mentioned on your 60s Byrds LPs. The first issues had flipback sleeves - which these don’t - so I don’t think they’re 1965 (Mr T) and 1967 (YTY) pressings. The arrows on the labels would suggest late 60s I’m guessing around 1969?

Hi, yes I wondered about these. I was going by the Discogs website for the dates but I know that the information on there isn't 100% reliable. I'll see if I can find anything definitive elsewhere. Brian.
Great thanks. The laminated sleeves without flip backs and just a thin strip of laminate on the right hand side on the back are generally 1967 or 68 onwards so the Mr tambourine man is certainly from that era rather than 65. Younger than yesterday certainly came with a flip back, which is why I don’t think this is a first.
