Description
This is a sealed mint pressing of the first album by The Byrds, Mr. Tambourine Man, one of the most iconic and influential LPs of the 1960's. This is likely not a first pressing as the weight of the package is too light to draw that conclusion. It is likely the orange label with six Columbia eyes ringing the edge of the label, but definitely not a recent reissue. This is a very difficult piece to find sealed regardless of the pressing.
The LP is sealed but there are missing pieces of shrink in two areas near the top front of the cover. The corners are slightly worn at all corners the lower right corner at the mouth being the most evident. The seams and spine are strong with no splits and the product information on the spine clearly readable. The front and back of the cover are very clean with slight ring wear visible on both sides. There is also damage loss of color in the cover lower area near the mouth corner.
The LP is being sold without reserve and payment is expected within 3 days of auction close. Return of the LP will only be accepted if the item is still sealed
