Description
A friend has asked me to sell her meagre collection of Carpettes records for her,hence this sale. She tells me that this is a 1st pressing.
She considered this to be the 'jewel in the crown' of her records. A much sought after and rarely available disc,presenting you with a fabulous opportunity to buy while it is still available.
The sleeve is a tad dirty. The corners are slightly bent and there is evidence of an impression of the disc showing,mainly to the rear. The record,to my uneducated eye,appears in excellent condition,just a smidgen dusty.
I understand that this was the band's second release. The Cat ref no is Small Nine. I haven't owned a record player for 40 years,consequently I have not played the disc. There is a nice sheen to the surface and the label is clean and bright. All in all wow as standard.
Finally there is a reference number and a rude message in miniscule capital letters etched onto the run off part of the track on side two. I understand that this was done to all of these records. I must be the only person to spot it.
