Once your item is shipped I have no control over the postal service. I will obtain a stamped, dated receipt so that I can provide conclusive verification to the buyer, that the item was shipped. Shipping costs stated are for AIRMAIL, if you prefer the less expensive surface mail, just let me know. Airmail usually arrives within 1 to 2 weeks whereas surface mail may take as long as 8 weeks or more. If you are unhappy with the merchandise for a legitimate reason I will be happy to accept a return. You must notify me and send it back within 7 days of receiving item. Once I receive the product in the same condition as it was sent to you, I will refund your cost of the product . I will make every attempt to be fair and I ask and expect you to do the same.
