The USPS (United States Postal Service) raised international shipping rates on January 27. I knew a raise in rates was coming but I thought it would be a nominal increase, I had no idea they would raise the rates so high (some costs are double the old rate or more). I cannot afford to ship items out at the old rate. The new rate will be determined. I hope you know that between ebay and paypal they take 13% to 16% of everything including shipping paid. On a shipping amount of $15 paid, about $2 goes to ebay/paypal, $1 for box and packing and between $11 to $12 for actual postage. I apologize for this mess and understand completely your dismay and believe me, I'm very angry with the whole mess myself.
My vacation starts today and I won't return until March 27. My auctions end on March 25 and I won't be able to get winnings in the mail until March 28. I thank you for your patience and purchase, Vern.
