"The Capitol Record" A Souvenir Of The Capitol Tower -Capitol PRO 254. Rare promo only record celebration the opening of the Capitol Records Tower from 1956. Original 7" 45 rpm record in EX condition! George Fenneman narrates the story of Capitol Records with many musical excerpts from Ella Mae Morse, Johnny Mercer, Ray Anthony, Billy May and many others. The opening has the first music recorded at the new studios conducted by Frank Sinatra. The back cover has a small inset picture from that session. Cover is VG++ very light wear, no seam splits.
