Description
The Carmen Ballet by Bizet, Boshoi Theatre Orchestra, conducted by Gennady Rozhdestvensky.
Music of Georges Bizet freely arranged for strings and 47 percussion instruments by the russian composer Rodion Shchedrin. HMV number ASD 2448.
Cover has some wear especially to the edges, rear of cover has some discolouration and markings. Sleeve is original but has some staining and fading. Record appears good visually but I don't have the experience to recognise the quality, nor the equipment to listen to the record to assess it.
Note: I received a query on this item as follows:
"Hello, can you see the scratches on the vinyl under the light? Thank you very much!" This is my reply: "Hi. Many thanks for your message. When I shine a bright light on the surface there are no obvious scratches or marks. It is a little difficult to see in detail as the record is quite dusty. I do not have the correct record cleaning equipment so I cannot clean the record in order it to see perfectly. I do not want to try and clean the record using normal cloths, as this may damage it. I hope this helps."
