Description
The Cars - "Candy-O" and "Heartbeat City" Vinyl LP's.-1st Pressings w/ Inserts. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Media Mail.
Here are 2 classic best-selling albums by American rock band, The Cars. Both LP's are first pressings w/ their original inserts. As shown in the above photos, these albums are in very nice condition.
The "Heartbeat City" LP is a gatefold album jacket. The binding is very strong with no splits on the spine (shown in the 8th photo, along w/ the Candy-0 album spine). There are no rips, creases, or pen marks on the jacket. The inner sleeve (2nd and 3rd photos) contains the song lyrics on one side and a black and white photo on the other. There is a seam split along the bottom and on half of one side. The vinyl record itself looks very good w/ minimal wear on it. The center labels are clear and look new. This album was released in 1984.
The "Candy-O" LP was released in 1979. The outer jacket looks very good. When held up to light, you can see 2 crease marks on the right side of the front. One along the top-right, the other toward the middle-right (over the left arm of the female on the cover). The back of the jacket contains one very small crease. There is a 3" seam split on the bottom. The spine is all good....no seam splits (shown in the 8th photo). The original inner sleeve contains the song lyrics on one side and a band photo on the other (5th and 6th photos). There are no rips or pen marks on the sleeve. There are typical splits on the bottom, left and right of the sleeve. The vinyl record itself has normal wear on the surface. The Elektra center labels look new and have no smears or rips on either side.
If you'd like to add these gems to your music library, I will ship these albums to you in a secure record mailer and will place each album in a protective 3-mil poly sleeve.
