Description

This is a used, but still very nice copy of "Live in the 21st Century" by The Cars. Recorded in San Francisco on 8/19/1978, this is an excellent stereo recording & frankly, I think some of these versions are better than the studio recordings, especially "Bye Bye Love" where you can hear Ben's awesome bass playing & his his impassioned singing-since I live in the Boston area, I saw these guys in concert many times & they were always great live. The band is rawer & looser on this disc, the way live music is supposed to be. The record label says made in Monaco, but who am I to judge? Since The Cars never did a live album, this would be a good one to own.
