Description
It's amazing what this group could do with-well,3 cat's and a bass fiddle! Some of the best 'jump' tunes you'll ever hear. Contemporaries of the early Nat Cole trios,they swing like crazy. Includes Gang Busters,That's On Jack,Hep Cat's Holiday,We Cat's Will Swing For You- thirty-two tracks in all. Recorded 1939-41,a 2-lp set issued in 1976.
Vinyl:N-,appears unplayed.
Cover:Vg+,"Not for sale" stamp on rear,corner bumps,adhesive residue on front,minor corner cease. Overall very nice.
VINYL GRADING
SS : Still Sealed
NM : Near-Mint(or new-). Could have something slight that might indicate other than "near mint" but it should always be noted.
VG++ : Very Good ++. Looks flawless, with slight signs of wear.
VG+ : Very Good +. May show additional(though minor)surface wear,perhaps w/ some hairlines that are not feelable.
VG : Very Good. Can have light scratches or marks affecting sound quality, though still easily playable.
P: POOR! You will almost never see one of these listed,but when you do,it's pure filler. Or it's the cover that is of value!
COVER GRADING
SS : Still Sealed
NM : Like new
VG++: May have light corner bumps,stickers,promo stamps,though not all.
VG+ : More of above is evident.Could have rough corners, while seams may have some light splits.
VG/VG-: Heavy splitting or wear,distinctions will be noted in descriptions..
P : Obviously...poor! You won't see many of these listed either,but when you do,it's the vinyl that's makes the listing worthwhile..
