Description
The vinyl is in excellent condition. The cover itself has lived in my record collection since 1983, and is in pretty good condition - not immaculate, because I never covered it in plastic, and because I played it every now and then - but still good. It is the better of my 2 copies, and I'm keeping 1 of them! My name appears in Mark's 'thank you' bit on the back ("When James Lipton gives us a guiding hand") - he wrote the text in my old basement flat in Kensington Park Gardens. It still has the original folded poster inside. I'm throwing in a virtually virgin copy of 'A person isn't safe anywhere these days', a 3-track 12" single the Chameleons released on Statik, (the other tracks are Thursday's Child and Prisoners of the Sun). The ghost-like figure leaning against the church in the cover photo is Reg, who, on top of being a really nice man, was an absolutely brilliant guitarist. And a great artist - he did the drawing that was used on the cover of Script of the Bridge. I can sign the album if anyone wants the added provenance.
