Description

Original initial copy as evidenced by textured sleeve (later first year copies had a smooth sleeve), Pink folded insert photo sheet an blue labels.   Vinyl in great shape.
Also side A runout includes "WHO, WHY, WHAT, WHERE, WHEN, HOW ? " Side B Runout includes "WE LIVE, WE LOVE, WE DIE ....."  < not on later 1983 copies
Has stamp from WDHA 105.5 FM and date stamp of Oct - 7 1983. "Only Copy" written on front side of sleeve. This was presumably the solo copy from a wall known radio station in New Jersey that's been around since the early 60's.
