All records are both play graded and visually graded using the Record Collector Magazine's Grading Guide unless otherwise stated.  Every effort is made to grade accurately, however grading can be subjective and mistakes sometimes happen, so if you are not satisfied with your record please contact me before leaving feedback as a full and fair refund will be given with no questions asked.  I will not give partial refunds for grading issues, full refunds only.

All records are securely packaged with a polythene sleeve in a cardboard mailer, removed from their outer sleeves with 2 stiffeners.  If you purchase a sealed record this will be shipped sealed unless you request otherwise.

Orders over £20 in value will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For, at an additional cost of £1.10
