Description
The Chapparrals-Shake Your Head (Maximillion 1978). Rare original copy of this private press funk burner out of Atlanta, Georgia. This copy has triumph and tragedy: side 1 is VG++, but side 2 is poor with heavy clicks through all the tracks due to some deep, malicious scratches that look like they were carved by a spurned lover, evil rival, or insane child. So you're really getting half of a rare record with the following cuts surviving on side 1: Hittin' It, Stop Cheating On My Lady, Juicy Fruit, Shake Your Head Pt. 1, Shake Your Head Pt. 2. The rest of the tracks are unfortunately lost to the vile, disgusting scratches left by some long-ago psycho. Luckily side 1 is filled to the brim with super heavy, party down funk madness.
