We have traveled many thousands of miles over the country in the past several years we have been singing for the Lord. We hope that the people who have listened to us have enjoyed our singing as much as we enjoy doing what the Lord has called us to do. We thank God for the health and strength He has given us to carry on this work. This album is in memory of Mr. C. E. Webb, father of Gale Webb, bass singer for the Chestnut Grove Quartet. He always delighted in singing with the Chestnut Grove Quartet. Any time he was called on to lead a song, he was always willing. He sung with the Quartet before any of them ever accepted the Lord. He testified many times that each of the group seemed like his own sons. He traveled thousands of miles in all kinds of weather to lead singing at revivals and other church services. He will long be remembered at the Chestnut Grove Church where he attended so long. Dad will always be remembered by many as a part of the Chestnut Grove Quartet. We expect to meet him again and be able to sing together again as we did here on earth.
