A note about myself and the service I offer:
- I do work for a living and ebay is NOT my life. I do NOT hang about the computer all the time to send you invoices - so please be patient when an item finishes.
- ONE SIMPLE THING I ASK: Please let me know when the item that YOU have purchased arrives (I always like to know - it only takes a message through ebay).
- Remember when YOU are leaving feedback for the dispatch time, that's exactly what YOU are leaving it for & not for how long it took the courier to deliver it to you!..and that's after YOU have paid for the item (not when the auction ends).
- 100% refund if not fully satisfied on return of item in the condition that it was sent, so please keep all the packaging.
- I use the print and pay option in my ebay account, it states that when this has been done the item has been dispatched - this is NOT the case. You will receive an email from me stating so when the item has actually been posted.

YOU MUST READ THIS
If you want an item within a couple of days after the auction ends - DO NOT BUY FROM ME! - unless you want to pay for next day Special Delivery - the choice is yours.
I am only a private seller. I still work for a living.
When an item is posted (2nd class) it will take 2-5 working days - that's WORKING DAYS - bank holidays and weekends are NOT working days!!!!
If an item is posted on a Saturday, don't expect it on Tuesday - it's NOT going to happen, you have to wait and be a little more patient.

If you want it there in less time, YOU have to pay more for it with Special Delivery/First Class etc.!! - It's that simple.
And then, when it is posted it is in the hands of the courier (generally Royal Mail). So, it's up to them NOT I (as some sellers seem to think it's my fault that the item hasn't got there - IT'S NOT MY FAULT.)

I give a 10 day turn-around from payment for the item to be posted. If you pay for an item on the 10th I have until the 20th to post it! - it's that simple.
So, if you want is sooner don't pay the invoice, wait and I'll send you a revised invoice with the new rates. If you already have paid the invoice, then you state you want it in 3 days - that simply won't work. Common sense please!

Royal Mail will not pay out compensation until 28 days after the expected delivery date (not when it was posted).
