THE CLASH – LONDON CALLING –1979 PRESSING – CBS GOLD STAMP PROMO –CBS CLASH 3 A1, B1, A2, B2
Very early 1979 pressing of the iconic Clash double album. Great condition, a very nice copy.
All four sides are in VG condition.
Everything on the CBS white labels is as it should be: ? 1979 CBS Records. All songs published by Riva Music Limited/Nineden Limited, except: A2: Carlin Music Corp. C1: Copyright Control. D4: Island Music Limited. Original sound recording made by CBS Records.
"Train In Vain" is only listed in etching on side 4, it is not listed on the label or the sleeve.

Comes complete with original double sided inner sleeves with printed images and full lyrics. In excellent condition
Rare HYPE sticker still attached and in perfect condition.
Sleeve Condition VG+. The fragile unlaminated sleeve is VG+ condition. The back shows the all-important CBS gold stamp to the top left and the important text is all there: © 1979 CBS Inc. ? 1979 CBS Inc. Shorepak by Shorewood Packaging Co. Ltd, England. White background has very slight discolouration around the edges and there is just the faintest start of ring marks to the front and rear of the sleeve. The front top left and rear top right show slight signs of a bend. Please see photos. Spine is clean. Spine and corners show slight scuffing to top and bottom edges. All very minor and in no way detracts from a very rare and iconic record.
Getting harder and harder to find, this is a must for any punk collector!
