Description
Here is the 1980 Australian original version (2ELPS-0025) of one of the biggest and most influential punk/new age bands AND albums of the 70's/80's....'The Clash' - "London Calling"........Includes the original printed inner sleeves too!
The album received widespread acclaim and was ranked at number eight on Rolling Stone's list of The 500 Greatest Albums of All Time in 2003. "London Calling" was a top ten album in the UK, and its lead single "London Calling" was a top 20 single.

This album is becoming VERY hard to find in 2nd hand record stores around Australia!
GRADING:
Album Cover - VG+ (A strong VG+...this album comes with slight ring wear and storage wear. Plus, the previous owner (who bought it in Adelaide, S.A upon release) has bolstered the top and bottom edge of the album cover with clear sticky tape. Although there is no sign of splitting...may have done this to prevent future splitting...I can confirm it has worked!
Spine - VG+ (same as above)
Record - VG+ (All 4 sides sound beautiful, no issues at all playing through. However, to the discerning collector, slight skuff marks do exist on Side 1 & 2. Not visible on Side 3 and 4 though. All 4 sides still do shine like new! And the labels are in EX condition.
