The Clash “London Calling”. Original 1979 UK 1st Pressing 2LP. New, FACTORY SEALED+Hype Sticker.
Extremely rare to find a factory sealed original 1st UK pressing of this classic album. Here is one with the original green-circular hype sticker on the front cover, as well as the original UK Virgin Record Store yellow price sticker on the upper-right corner. Even more amazing is that it basically looks “as new” as you find on the record store rack back in December of 1979.
LP Jacket has no seam-splits, rips, tears, or unwanted writing. Nice crisp corners with only the faintest signs of barely noticeable crinkles to some. Spine has clearly legible text. A small portion of the factory seal has come apart along the bottom, but it is still firmly around the entire LP jacket. A true “time capsule”, beautifully preserved copy.
