Description

Selected titles from the private collection of a music business veteran are now being made available for the first time. Titles offered by this Seller are one-owner and came directly from the pressing plant, record company warehouse, other label reps or record store unless otherwise noted.

Grading is based on visual inspection.

Album ships in a 2 MIL poly cover sleeve and 2 MIL poly inner sleeves.

I package records outside the cover to avoid seam splits.

New and vintage vinyl is hard to grade strictly using eBay’s system because the record and the cover are two different components. Therefore, I call a record new and mint if it is opened but has never been played.  I use the grading category to describe the cover condition.

  • This Epic Records Promotional copy is a First Pressing of the original 1980 release.
  • It is a 3 LP set.
  • The gold foil Promo stamp is upper left back cover.
  • It appears the records have never been played. The playing surfaces are clean.
  • A 24"x 36" fold-out poster is included. It had never been unfolded before I took these photos.
  • The single piece board cover is a slip-case. It has tight seams and shows no wear. There are 5 lines in ink with the number 1 next to tracks on the back cover.
  • The original inner sleeves are included. I have added soft poly inner sleeves.
  • This is a one-owner that the Seller got new from Epic Records in 1980. It has been in storage for 40 years.
