Superb Stereo copy of the seminal debut album by the Clash. This copy is an early 1977 UK CBS pressing with sunburst labels.
The Matt sleeve has "copyright control' text and fluorescent pink highlighting. There is no "Nineden LTD credit" which appeared on later issues.
Vinyl: Excellent+
As good a copy as I have seen, the vinyl retains a strong, bright sheen with only one or two very faint hairlines under very bright light. The labels are clear and only one light spindle mark is visible on side 2.
There is some very minor bubbling to the label on side 2, possibly a pressing fault.
Sleeve: Excellent
The Matt sleeve is nice and clean with no ink, rips or creases. The spine remains crisp. There is some minor corner wear and a few minor creases along the spine edge. Some very slight rubbing is visible to the back cover, however this is very minor. The text is lovely and bright and looks how it would have the day it was sold.
The correct original paper inner sleeve is present and in excellent condition, with the cut away corners and correct patent number + "made in Great Britain"
