Description

The Clash 'Super Black Market Clash' 3 x 10” Vinyl Columbia 4745461 1993

I am gradually selling off parts of my record collection. This set has hardly been played.

I would judge the overall condition to be at least 'excellent' (see below). The condition of the vinyl is 'excellent'. The sound is bright and clear and, in the main, there is little or no surface noise. I noted some slight pops and cracks during the song 'Pressure Drop'. The condition of the cover is between 'excellent' and 'mint'. The price label has not been removed and there is one slight mark (see photo), otherwise the whole set is in very nice condition.

This item will be dispatched on the day of payment by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day. Within the UK the cost of postage and packing is included in the starting price. There will be no 'buy it now' price.

I would welcome bids from overseas. Postage and packing costs for Royal Mail Airsure (Small Packets) to Western Europe will be £8.07 and to North America will be £9.65.

Payment by Paypal only, please.

I see feedback from the buyer as confirmation that that the item has arrived and that all is well. At this point I will give feedback to the buyer.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

Thank you for your interest.

A note on the condition of records and sleeves

I play records on an Acoustic research turntable. I use a Naim amplifier and PMC speakers.

I employ the Record Collector Guide to grade records:

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
