Description

An absolute classic, the first LP by the legendary punk band The Clash. I bought this to replace the US release that I was already wearing out. But I never got around to playing it! I bought this in 1982, but is it the rare 1st pressing? It does have the Nineden credits on the label, and the 82000 catalog number, but I'm not going to claim that it is unlike some eBay sellers. I do know that it is in great shape, the cover is bright and shiny, with some light ringwear and creases in the corners. The spine is not split and isn't even really creased. The record itself as you can see from the pics is very nearly flawless. The paper innersleeve is in great shape too, no rips or tears and is stamped "Made in Great Britain." The record will be removed from this original sleeve and placed in a new paper sleeve for protection. From a smoke free, pet free home.
