The Clash - The Clash - CBS 82000 1977 - arrows at 9 o'clock - Copyright Control at base of label.
RED DOT INNER.
The significance of the Red Dot is that it belonged in one of the first 10,000 copies (it has now sold nearly 3 million).
The Red Dot on the inner could be cut out and posted to the NME in exchange for the Capital Radio EP which will now cost you approx £150.
CONDITION:
The vinyl is marked and scuffed but plays surprisingly well - plays VG+ with no jumps or skips on my set up.
The sleeve is easily VG+ for its age. It has cornerwear and a little ringwear as shown - but no tears or splits.
The most important bit - the inner (no really) - is complete with no splits - it does have creases which is to be expected.
*A great piece of punk history - but if you're looking for pristine vinyl this isn't for you.
*It plays like a punk album from 77 that was loved and appreciated, that annoyed your parents and was loaned to your friends.
