Description

Selling a very nice, rare and collectible record album, The Cleftones- Heart And Soul on Gee Records, GLP-705. The record cover has some light scratches and some slight dirt from everyday use, but in very good condition overall about a 8.5 on a scale of 10. Some people may give it a 9.0. The back cover has a stamp that says: DJ Copy Not For Sale, as this record probably was used in a Radio Station. The record vinyl is equally nice. I would have to give it anywhere from a 8 to an 8.5 on a scale of 10. Possibly some people may give it a 9 - 9.3 out of 10. The record was well taken care of.  I would give both record and cover a VG++ - VG+++. Whoever may purchase this rare and collectible record should be happy, as this record is a keeper!. The estimated value of this rare and collectible record album is: $200 - $250. U.S. Postal Money Orders Preferred.
