About This Record.  Oh yes,  Here up for auction is something I am SERIOUSLY going to miss! An original copy of the rarely seen very first original USA pressing of The Coasters first LP on Atco Records 33-101 on the original "Harp" Atco label.  Very very rare first pressing of this Doo Wop RnB LP in keeper condition as these things go.  If you like this genre, you need this! Absolutely, and a keeper copy of the vinyl, and the cover ain't so bad! Please see all my additional photos and details regarding condition of the cover and vinyl below.  The photos list the songs and any possible details about the labels. I've had four copies, and sold the other three long long ago, so will have to live with my reissue of this gem.

Cover Condition. VG+ because of light but noticeable corner wear on the thick luscious super heavy original stock cover, the issues being slight furling / foxing along the opening edge, (where the laminated cover is chipeed or peeling back) and YIKES! there is a one inch seam split in the bottom seam (not the SUPER strong spine) from album miscare or something, but it was like that when I bought this for lots more than my asking price decades ago. STRONG spine and top seam, of course.  That is the worst problem about this LP, the tear in the bottom seam. 

Vinyl Condition.  Looks EX- to EX;  Plays same better, but a touch of background noise just here and there (a very rare feat for an Atco Harp LP from the USA!).  I just cleaned and played this on my Laluce Alba and it sounds great!  Keeper copy as these things go!

Labels  light spindle marks and age wear on the super-important labels, but NO price tag sticker removal wear, writing, or anything like that which is a rare Feat for this LP please please see photos (it took me lots of time to take them)
