Description
"The Complete Blue Note Recordings Of Grant Green With Sonny Clark", superb limited edition box set from 1990 and in my opinion one of the best sets Mosaic put out which considering the quality of their catalogue is really saying something. I liked it so much I picked this one up as a spare, but I've decided that I only need the one copy.
Visually all the records are near mint, except record one side 2 which may have some very, very faint scuffing or it may just be how the pressing looks. The labels for side 1, 8 and 10 have one or two spindle marks, all other labels are perfect.
The previous owner had suffered a roof leak and the box and booklet suffered very slightly from water staining. The lower lefthand side of the front cover has some staining/discolouration, a small corresponding area on the inside front of the box and the booklet has also been wet, leaving slight staining and a slight ripple effect in the booklet pages, the lower staple has also caused some discolouration. The records were safely protected in their poly sleeves, but have been cleaned on a VPI with L'art du Son and purified water regardless.
