Condition (see comments on returns at the bottom):

Outer sleeve: Good

Spine has a small split in it (~1 inch long). Other than this, the spine, edges and corners have almost no wear on them. Front cover has a small number of creases around the edges and a few minor surface marks but is otherwise in good condition. Rear cover very similar.

Inner sleeve: Transparent, colourless plastic sleeve - wrinkled but undamaged.

Record: Very Good – The rating would be "excellent" but there are two very obvious (but superficial) scratches on track 1 - however, they have no effect on the playback at all. Side 1 is otherwise unmarked and side 2 is pristine. I have played all of the tracks and they sound great - no pops, clicks or other defects.

Shipping costs:

Due to the number of packages that go missing in transit, shipping outside the UK will be via Royal Mail “International Signed for” or “Airsure” (if available). This costs considerably more than standard Airmail but is far more reliable.

This is non-negotiable. Please do not bid if you do not agree with this.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the package and includes 50p for the cardboard record mailer and stiffeners.

UK: £3.10 (2nd class, signed for, recorded delivery).

Mainland Europe: £8.00 (Airsure or Int. Signed For – depends on country)

USA/Canada: £10.30 (Airsure)

Australia / Japan: £9.50 (International Signed For)

For all other regions/countries - please enquire before bidding.

Other important shipping information:

>> Items will be shipped in sturdy cardboard packaging with carboard stiffeners.

>> If the total package value exceeds £39 or a weight of 2kg then I will split the package if possible (to ensure postal costs are not huge).

>> If a single record was won for more than £40 then postage may be more to ensure I am covered for loss or damage.

>> It is possible you may be liable for customs charges in your home country. As per eBay policy – should you incur customs charges it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay them. I will not be held liable for any customs charges and non-receipt of an item because it is held in customs.

Returns:

Please note - I am NOT an expert at grading vinyl LPs. I am just selling an old collection of records which are not going to get played and they might as well be enjoyed by somebody else rather than rot in the loft. As a result, my grading (such as it is) may or may not be accurate (from the looks of it, grading of records looks somewhat subjective anyway). However, be assured that I have tried to be completely honest in the item description above. Where there are obvious scratches or marks on a record I will have played the relevant tracks to check the quality.

I will accept returns only if the condition of the item is significantly different to what I have described above (e.g. LP has a major scratch and this has not been clearly or accurately described).

Please communicate with me if you have any issues with an item as soon as possible after you have received it.

If we agree you should return the item, then the buyer will have to pay return postage costs.

I am happy to give a full refund for any returned items as long as they are received in the same condition they were sent.

Please note – I try to ensure all my records are shipped in good condition. I will clean records which are obviously dirty or which have a lot of marks on them. For records which only have a few finger marks on I will usually just give them a light dust (as cleaning can sometimes lead to further scratch marks).
