The Cramps - Most Exaltet Potentates Of Trash. This is the first pressing with yellow labels, released Spring 1985 by Taylordisco Records, catalog # TD 45-001. 12" vinyl plays at 45 RPM. The sleeve print is a little bit lighter than the second pressing and the red is brighter. There is only a matrix/runout etched on Side B -- CRADIEGO.This is a live recording from Detroit (or maybe San Diego -- see below) in 1984. There are 8 tracks:A1 - Devil With The Blue DressA2 - You'll Never Change MeA3 - SinnerA4 - Big & FatB1 - Zombie DanceB2 - What's Inside A GirlB3 - A Walk On BroadwayB4 - Tear It Up"Big & Fat" is The Cramps' cover of Andre Williams' "Bacon Fat". "A Walk On Broadway" is an instrumental portion of "Psychotic Reaction". "Tear It Up" is the same version as in "URGH! A Music War".According to notes from others and AI on the release:- "The Cramps listener who's otherwise heard it all will hear a new thing or two here on this obscure [release]... it's still the only source on vinyl which includes their cover of Devil in a Blue Dress [and includes] several less-often heard cuts like "You'll Never Change Me" and Andre Williams' "Bacon Fat". "Sinner", which wouldn't get [recorded on an album] for another 10 years... is here too."- Might be the June 23, 1984 San Diego show rather than Detroit because there's no 1984 Detroit concert documented.- [this album] is well-known among collectors for capturing rare live and studio material from the early 1980s- The [album] title is a variation of one of their most famous songs "Thee Most Exalted Potentate of Love"The sleeve is thinner than typical cardboard but remains in excellent shape. It retains its original glossy finish on both sides. Corners are sharp on top and slightly worn on the bottom. Seams are intact and strong with minor edgewear. Spine is easily readable with no material wear. There is minor ringwear at the top portion of the front and back that's visible if you're looking for it. Overall, the sleeve is rated in VG+ condition. Disc will ship in an audiophile sleeve.The vinyl is in excellent visual condition. There are no deficiencies noted in regular light and under direct bright light the disc shows some minor surface scratches, hairlines and/or scuffs on both sides. The disc play tested very well with no issues whatsoever. The vinyl is graded as VG+ condition, my highest grade for used vinyl.Thank you for looking at/reading this listing.
