Record: Excellent copy of the 1984 French limited edition of “Smell of Female” on the New Rose label. Released as a special limited edition for their Spring Tour, this number 004971. The box set has four different COLOURED vinyl 7" records: blue, white, green and black (although technically black isn’t a colour!). The records are exceptionally clean and shiny with no obvious marks at all. Played only a few times since I first purchased it in Nottingham’s (UK) Selectadisc - wonderful record shop - on its release.

Cover: I am reluctant to state this is mint, but it is pretty close. No stains, sticker marks, writing or wear. The spine is strong, with no creasing. It has been signed by Lux Interior and Poison Ivy.
Authenticity: I obtained the signatures after their soundcheck at the Town & Country Club in Kentish Town (North London) on 31 October 1991. A great live band, I was fortunately to see them first in the very early 1980s at Rock City in Nottingham, and subsequently in London at various venues. I am afraid I have no photographic evidence, as I never envisaged selling this record.
History: Smell of Female was The Cramps first live album. It was recorded at The Peppermint Lounge on 25–26 Feb 1983.
