U.S. Promo LP released on I.R.S. SP-007. There is a gold embossed promo stamp on the back corner of the sleeve. Record has several sleeve type scuffs on both sides. Labels are clean with no spindle marks. The sleeve has ring wear and shelf wear rubbing, medium to heavy wear along corners and edges, 3 small edge creases, scratches and indent marks, and some sticker residue in the top right corner area on front
