Description

Very presentable and lightly-used Mono copy of The Crazy World Of Arthur Brown's only album dating from 1968, featuring the great Vincent Crane (Atomic Rooster) on keyboards. An extraordinary album in many ways, startling arrangements and Brown's trademark manic vocals. This is a first pressing copy with A1/B1 matrices. Not a perfect copy by any means but will do fine until that NM example comes along.

Single sleeve  Ex- Front laminated. In very good shape generally. Some light creasing along the spine. No other issues apart from light wear.

Labels Ex+ Very clean indeed. Generally light spindle traces only.

Inner Ex Polylined bag - not the original.

Record  Visually a strong VG+, lovely shine to the vinyl. Not an Ex because of some visible light hairlines, mainly on Side 1. One or two of these are slightly feelable, but nothing deep or serious. There is a light scratch on Side 2 Track 1 which does produce some clicks. Otherwise the audio is at least very good throughout, clear and powerful. A great listen and really not bad at all for a 50 year-old record.
