Description
Powerful original mono copy of this belting mid Sixties single from The Creation, a mod/psych rock number that more than tips its hat to The Who.
Side 1 is very clean and the audio on Painter Man is great. There are some hairlines but nothing feelable. A little surface static but nothing more.
Side 2 (Biff, Bang, Pow) has one feelable scratch but it plays through fine and doesn't seem to impact the audio. I'd comfortably grade it at VG+ overall – the audio is probably better.
Both labels are in excellent shape – no writing, damage or significant wear AND the 3-prong centre with the Planet logo is intact and unmarked.
Supplied in an excellent condition DJ card sleeve.
Please be assured: this is an original pressing on Planet, not one of the many represses around.
