Very unusual item. I don't have a VCR so can't watch this, but it appears to be a promo VHS tape from Geffen with The Creatures' "Standing There" video. I've seen another version of this on Discogs, but this one says "Version 2," so presumably there is some difference. For one, the length is different. Other than that I have no clue.
