• PLEASE READ:  I understand the only versions generally known are the 78 rpm pressings.  I am not sure if this is a repro (definitely an older pressing) or if it is a one-off pressing as this would have happened during the time period Rockin' was changing to DeLuxe label.  I have not been able to find any repros on the internet what-so-ever to assist with determination.  If you are going to write to me telling me it is a repro, prove it....as I have had a few people stating same without any proof and then getting quite angry when I asked them to validate.  If it truly is a repro, I will re-list as same.  It is definitely an older pressing on thick, stiff wax.  Be nice....
• Here was a response to a question on this with some additional info (dead-wax info, etc.):
  • ?Yes...this one perplexed me as well as I have only seen this on 78rpm. I have not been able to find any repro's and/or boots to try to compare. I, as well, have never come across this on 45rpm.
    That said, my research showed it may have been something pressed during the transition from the Rockin' label to DeLuxe (which took over the Rockin' label). I cannot prove this one way or the other, just an assumption....otherwise, I would have no idea how or why it was pressed.
    This is pressed on heavier stiff wax similar to the time-frame and other pressings of this era.
    The matrix nos. are actually inverted (had to use a mirror to read...and still not 100% able to read as they are hand-etched).
    They are: My Girl side - GR-45-15101-1 / Don't You Go Side - GR-45-15102-1
    Again, I cannot find ANY repro's or boots of this so it may be a one-off as outlined. Of couse, if anyone has any info, please share as I strive to be 100% accurate in my listings.

Grading (PLEASE READ SO THERE ARE NO SURPRISES)

All records are carefully graded. In an attempt to give customers an accurate impression of condition rather than adhere to somewhat arbitrary criteria, I give an "overall presentation" grade, supplemented when necessary with additional remarks (which is more often than not). Please refer to my grading system below for a more detailed explanation as well as my general comments above in the grading description.  Most items will be play-graded and/or sampled.

GRADING DESCRIPTIONS

Records:

• Sealed:  still factory sealed….any defects will be noted
• Mint: Like new or near new with only one or two small insignificant defects
• Near Mint/M-:  Extremely nice….generally any defects will be superficial and will be detailed
• VG++:  Still a very nice record with all or nearly all of its original gloss but may have a few more light, surface marks, hairlines, needle tracks or the like
• VG+: A nice, but used record that may have a series of light scuffs or scratches. It probably plays with a some pops
• VG: A well-used record that still should sound OK when played, but may have moderate surface noise, pops, and even a possible skip.
• VG-: A very well-worn record that plays through, probably has skipping and snap, crackle, pop
• Good: Probably will play through but with much in the way of surface noise, pops, crackles, skips etc.
• Fair: You're getting this record just to own – generally listed due to rarity regardless of condition
• Poor: The sky's the limit as far as condition in the negative sense – generally listed due to rarity regardless of condition

COVERS:

There are really too many possible defects regarding covers to be as specific in my definitions as I had been with my record grades. But please keep in mind these general grading guidelines as I will use the above grading format with general specific comments as to condition, etc.
