Description
This item is a rare white label promotional LP released in 1963 on Philles Records by The Crystals entitled ‘He’s A Rebel’. Record label and number is Philles Records PHLP 4001. Record itself is in strong VG+ condition with flaw being some light rub marks on the vinyl probably made from taking the record in and out of the paper inner sleeve. Record was professionally cleaned on a Nitty Gritty record cleaning machine and played very nicely and sounded great on my Denon turntable with very little noise. White promo labels show little if any spindle wear (see photos). Record cover is in VG condition with flaws being a small tear on the back of the cover at the opening, ringwear, a small circle around the song title ‘He’s A Rebel’ written in red ink on the back of the cover near the bottom right corner and wear at the corners especially at the upper left corner. Record cover is stamped ‘D.J. COPY‘ on both the front and back of the cover (see photos). See photos for song listings.
