The Cult – Pure Cult (2LP)
Mislabel / mispress variant
This set was play tested and ultrasonically cleaned using a Humminguru Nova record cleaning system.
Important pressing note (please read):
The records are labeled as sides 1/2 and 3/4, however both LPs play sides 1 and 2. In other words, this package contains two copies of sides 1 and 2, despite the labels indicating otherwise.
Please see the included video showing side 3 playing the start of side 1, along with close-up label and dead-wax photos.
Condition
Vinyl:
Both records are conservatively graded VG+. Vinyl shows light sleeve scuffs, light swipe marks from handling, and some superficial production-related marks visible under bright light. No deep scratches. Playback may include an occasional light pop, typical of VG+ vintage vinyl. Overall, a very enjoyable listen.
Jacket:
Gatefold jacket shows a wrinkle on the front cover, a couple of smaller wrinkles on the back, and a lower corner ding affecting both sides of the gatefold. Please see photos for exact condition.
Inner sleeves:
Generic inner sleeves included, in good condition.
Additional details:
Close-up photos show matrix numbers (two per side, eight total).
