Description

This is "Pure Cult: For Rockers, Ravers, Lovers, and Sinners" by The Cult, on Beggar's Banquet Records BEGA 130B, Bar Code 5 012093 913094.  This is a UK release.  It is a 4 LP box set from 1993 and is extremely rare.  Two of the LPs are The Cult's greatest hits up through the Ceremony album, and "The Witch" is included which is only available in this set, or on High Octane Cult, or the Rare Cult Box Set.  See below for full track listing.  The second two LPs are the "Live at the Marquee Club" show from 1991 that could only be obtained with this box.  The set comes in a cardboard box that is in mint condition, showing virtually no shelf wear.  Inside are four cardboard sleeves, one for each LP, with photos and articles on the two Pure Cult LP sleeves.  The Marquee show sleeves are just black and white.  All four inner sleeves are near mint.  There is one defect with one of the albums, in that the label for Side Three of the Marquee Club album has significant air bubbles in it, but it is still firmly attached (see the photo of this above).  It's so complete it even contains the sticker from the original shrink wrap!
