From January 1, 2014, the SAL facilities with registered mail to the following countries were abolished by enforcement of the new Universal Postal Convention.
(Australia, Germany, Poland, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Hungary, Greenland)
Those who are successful bidders and correspond to the countries are only airmail with registered mail.
SAL facilities cannot be used.
