Both records have been played, but are in excellent condition. They haven't seen the light of day in the last 20 years or so.  There are a few very minor marks/creases on the outer sleeve and the two inner picture sleeves, and a corner of the insert has been folded over (as you can see in the photos).  Sides 3 & 4 of the vinyl have one or two very minor surface marks, but the didn't affect playback in any way when I last played them many, many years ago (I no longer have a turntable to check them).  Sides 1 & 2 are in excellent condition.
