Recorded at Studio Miraval, France, except Andrew Brennen's saxophone parts, recorded at Compass Point, Nassau, during the mixing sessions. Final mix at ICP (Brussels) Direct Metal Mastering 'The Snakepit' is listed as shown on the label and sticker, and as 'The Snake Pit' on the lyric sheet. Later releases have listed this track as 'The Snakepit'. Some copies include an A4 picture advert promoting the 'Ten Imaginary Years' book and/or a b&w obi strip. Some copies were used for promotional purposes, with golden promo stamp on back sleeve, additional folder, photo and bag.

All records are cleaned by an Okki Nokki vacuum cleaner. Items over £100 are also cleaned using an Ultrasonic cleaner. After cleaning, the vinyl is placed inside a brand new paper or anti-static inner sleeve. The vinyl will be packaged outside of the sleeve, both of which are stored inside a high quality polypropylene outer sleeve. All records are sent in a padded vinyl mailers.
